Opportunity

The Opportunity Zone in Phillipsburg is considered part of the redevelopment plan citing various goals and objectives from Phillipsburg’s 2004 Reexamination Report and Master Plan. In particular, it cited the fact that the planning board identified the Delaware River as one of the Town’s primary and currently under-utilized assets. The other area of a source in water is the Morris Canal and ripe for recapture and rejuvenation.
